There is no such gift as the perfect gift. At least, I don’t think so. A fortnight back, I struggled as I searched for that perfect gift for my new born niece. Now, I am not much into handicrafts (I am skilled at many things but not this art) and I was the object of ridicule when I was at school. My lack of dexterity when it came to handicrafts was the stuff of legends. And here I was, trying to “make” a gift for my new-born niece. In no time, I managed to land a perfect baby gift – a colourful crib. I rushed to my brother’s house and there I was, a twenty-nine year old man, crib in hand. Looked silly, but as I was to find out later, nobody had thought of buying the baby girl a crib. Of course my brother had, but I bullied him into using mine. All well that ends well I guess. Baby gifts next time? No problem. The Internet is there and ready.
